A few weekends ago I came across a bunch of old undeveloped film rolls and lo and behold they turned out to be a mess of pictures from the 2004 American Le Mans Series season. Specifically these pictures were taken at the 12 Hours of Sebring and Petit Le Mans. While looking through these pictures, I was struck by how fast race car technology moves. Check out the 911 RSRs in particular. Here, they look much more similar to a road spec 911 but the current versions feature much more advanced aerodynamics. Look at the P2 cars too and compare those to the more recent P2s from Porsche, Acura and Mazda. There are also GT1 cars, which are now extinct from the ALMS. See if you can spot Carroll Shelby too!
