Photos from the 2012 Windsor Castle Concours of Elegance.
The Windsor Castle Concours of Elegance to place at historic Windsor Castle last week, and Drive Cult was there to check out one of most exotic collections of cars ever assembled. The sixty cars entered were assembled in the courtyard to the Castle itself, and it is difficult to imagine a more perfect place in the UK to stage such an event. The entrants included a number of former Pebble Beach and Villa D’Este Concours winners and there was also a display of some of the Royal fleet of cars including Prince Charles’ Aston Martin DB6 Volante famously used by the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge on their wedding day.
In addition to the concours itself there was the Octane Magazine Windsor Tour where sixty cars representing each year of the Queens reign headed from Kensington Palace to the Castle via some of the country lanes of Berkshire.
The pictures in the gallery represent a selection of cars from both the Concours and the Tour.
